GarantiX positions itself as a sustainable platform designed to bridge the gap between traditional charities and blockchain-based donors. The company has announced the launch of its ecosystem, targeting a market worth approximately $1.57 trillion by leveraging the transparency and scalability of blockchain technology.
Designed for users new to blockchain, GarantiX is built on Arbitrum and enables individuals to fund and track initiatives with real social impact. Its AI-powered ecosystem connects and verifies entrepreneurs through an integrated model of decentralised finance (DeFi) and social finance (SocialFi). This approach transforms charitable giving into a measurable activity while generating both revenue and positive impact.
“GarantiX is a natural progression for a world that is becoming increasingly aware of its role in improving quality of life for all,” says Dr Konstantin Livshits, founder of GarantiX. “Blockchain finally gives us the tools to practise transparent, effective and adaptable philanthropy. GarantiX was born at the intersection of social entrepreneurship and investment, bringing together those who create change and those who fund it.”
The integration of DeFi and CeFi in philanthropy
“Unlike traditional non-profit organisations or overhyped Web3 projects that rely on grants or speculation, GarantiX is self-sustaining through the integration of DeFi and CeFi, impact staking, and transaction-based donations.”
The platform supports round-up donations, decentralised grants, and tokenisation consultancy for social enterprises, helping bridge the gap between sustainable financing and charitable causes worldwide.
To date, the platform has processed 15,000 donations totalling $200,000. Of this amount, $50,000 has been distributed as grants to verified social entrepreneurs. The project has attracted over 10,000 users organically, without paid promotion. Its MVP is fully operational, and all smart contracts have been audited by CertiK, ensuring a high level of security ahead of the mainnet launch scheduled for December.
AI-driven risk assessment and management

“Its success will be living proof that Web3 and blockchain can be combined to achieve substantial results,” says Anton Yanushkevich, CEO of GarantiX and a Web3 advisor with over 10 years of experience. He is also the founder of Cryptemic FZ-LLC. “We are creating decentralised, efficient and transparent infrastructures that mobilise global resources to produce measurable outcomes, thereby restoring confidence in humanity’s technological achievements.”
AI-driven risk assessment enhances GarantiX’s analytical capabilities by evaluating the effectiveness of different projects, analysing user behaviour to allocate funding to the most promising causes, and identifying risks such as misallocation of funds or reputational issues at an early stage. This transparent approach ensures that every donation made via GarantiX is traceable and verifiable.
A growing market for crypto philanthropy
Having secured over $850,000 in angel funding, the GarantiX ecosystem now includes more than 40 active projects across a range of causes, including disaster relief, mental health, and the protection of children, the elderly, animals and the environment.
The next phase includes IDO and IEO presales, listings on centralised exchanges (CEXs), and international marketing campaigns, supported by over 50 Web3 partners and ambassadors.
Industry experts view GarantiX as a key link between traditional philanthropy — a market worth over $592 billion by 2024, according to Giving USA — and the growing field of crypto philanthropy, which has already surpassed $1 billion in donations, according to The Giving Block’s 2025 report.
By combining transparency, AI analytics and multi-chain accessibility, GarantiX aims to improve efficiency in a sector where traditional models are gradually losing momentum, with government support declining year on year.
With its launch scheduled for December 2025, GarantiX is set to redefine the intersection between blockchain, AI and impact investing. This model, described by the team as an “impact layer for Web3”, is built entirely on digital utility to deliver measurable social impact.
